DOMESTIC

Hong Kong: FREE SHIPPING @ order over HKD 500 

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days once an order is placed. Please allow 2-4 working days for your item to reach you.

Please make sure your shipping address details are up to date when ordering. We do not refund for items lost in the mail. If you are experiencing problems, please check your delivery status on our website or follow up with us at LifestyleDictionary@a2hk.com and we will do our best to assist you. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

We offer free shipping for international orders over USD 500 to select countries. For all orders below USD 500, there will be a shipping charge based on your country of residence. If your country is not listed below, please contact us at LifestyleDicitionary@a2hk.com and we can arrange for a courier at your own cost.

Countries we deliver to: Australia, Canada, China, Egypt, France, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, UAE, United Kingdom & United States.

For international shipping, our shipments are sent via Hong Kong Post or express registered mail and will take 5-14 working days depending on your country. Please be aware of duty tax or customs charges that may occur when you are receiving your package since this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
